My Birth Control Pill was Mislabeled and Now I’m Pregnant – Now What Do I Do?

The answer is obvious – you sue. Normally I’m not a guy that looks for an opportunity to give the lawyers any extra business – but come on! These women bought the birth control pills and took them as directed but because the manufacturer screwed the pooch and mislabeled the “placebo” pills, over a hundred of them got pregnant! Sounds like someone should lose his or her job and the company is on the hook for a cool couple million. That seems fair, no? Still – interesting to read all the defensive strategies that will be utilized to NOT pay up. Should be a great show moving forward.
