Sketchy details coming in on this story, but apparently a guy in Hungary was annoyed that people were stealing wine out of his barrel (because I guess that’s the way you keep your wine in Hungary – everyone has a big barrel in their house), so he drops a couple quarts of antifreeze into the wine and waits. Sure enough – some poor joe just looking for a little relief comes along and thinks to himself “Well, I hate my job and I hate my wife, but at least I have this free wine I can tap into whenever I want to forget about things for awhile.” I’m kind of seeing it from that perspective. Poor guy just trying to make it through the night didn’t live to see the day. Rest in Peace, Hungarian wine buddy.
