Haven’t seen much of this SHATTER stuff in Philly yet – we are still cleaning up after the synthetic cannabinoids like K2 and Spice and Loud and the heroin around here never gets old. My question is how in the world is this stuff legal? It’s essentially pure solid THC oil that is broken up, ignited in a pipe or a bong and the vapors inhaled – like they used to call “chasing the dragon” with heroin and other opiate oils. This is nuts. How long before they begin reconstituting it with toilet water or Mountain Dew, heating it up on spoons and injecting it intravenously? The marijuana advocates need to come clean and be honest about what this stuff really is.
